Travel: Approximately 90% field work and 10% local/shop support, including occasional overnight travel with per diem

Key Responsibilities
• Perform installation, removal, and replacement of conveyor belting systems in field environments
• Execute or assist with belt splicing using vulcanized and cold bond methods including lap, finger, and steel cable splices
• Perform pulley lagging, belt alignment, and system adjustments to ensure proper operation
• Troubleshoot and repair conveyor systems and related mechanical components

Required Qualifications
• Experience in physically demanding, hands-on work environments such as construction, concrete, masonry, wildland firefighting, industrial labor, or similar trades

• Proven reliability, strong work ethic, and ability to work long hours when needed

CNC Programmer Responsibilities:

• Contribute in the development and maintenance of manufacturing work instructions and process definitions in a MRP II and ISO 9000 environment.

• Work with CAM/CNC operators in the development of part drawings and part programs.

• Work with Production personnel and Manufacturing Engineering to improve quality, yield and productivity.

• Work with CNC operators to assure optimal operability of machine tools and equipment.

• Write and develop CNC programs from geometry and hardcopy engineering drawings.

• Convert CAD files, generate part drawings and analyze part geometry while working in CAM program.

Work Environment
This role supports building and facility infrastructure within a high-tech manufacturing environment. Work includes maintenance of rooftop equipment, mechanical rooms, and utility systems.
