Press Brake Operator (Accurpress)

Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Overview

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Press Brake Operator with setup and programming experience for a stainless-steel fabrication company in Phoenix, AZ.
This company builds custom stainless kitchen and bar equipment for well-known restaurant chains. The work demands precision, technical ability, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and program Accurpress press brake machines.

  • Form stainless steel and aluminum components according to blueprints and tolerances.

  • Adjust tooling, back gauges, and ensure accuracy of bends.

  • Inspect parts during and after forming to ensure quality.

  • Maintain a clean and efficient work area.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of press brake setup, programming, or fabrication experience required.

  • Stable employment history — 2+ years with one employer preferred.

  • Experience with Accurpress preferred.

  • Strong blueprint reading and measuring skills.

  • Background in stainless, aluminum, or sheet metal fabrication.

  • Backgrounds in kitchen equipment, sheet metal, automotive, or aerospace fabrication are ideal.
