Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a Plural Component Reactor Pump Technician for our client in Phoenix, AZ. This position supports industrial coating operations at field-based job sites. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with the following: plural component reactor systems, two-component spray equipment, material ratio adjustments, temperature and pressure control, and mechanical troubleshooting of spray systems.

Pay & Schedule
Pay: $26–$35/hour DOE
Shift: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm
Location: Phoenix, AZ; approximately 90% field work

Key Responsibilities
• Operate plural component reactor pump systems and two-component spray equipment in field environments
• Set up, monitor, and adjust material ratios, temperature, and pressure settings
• Perform daily equipment inspections, cleanup, and preventative maintenance
• Troubleshoot pump, spray gun, hose, and material flow issues
• Safely handle reactive materials while following all safety procedures and site requirements
• Work with crew members to complete coating and insulation projects on schedule
• Maintain jobsite organization and equipment readiness

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating plural component reactor systems or similar two-component spray equipment
• Experience with polyurea, polyurethane, spray foam, or related coating systems
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot spray and pump equipment
• Ability to work early morning shifts in field-based environments
• Ability to follow safety procedures, jobsite protocols, and PPE requirements
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Graco Reactor or similar plural component spray equipment
• Background in industrial coatings, insulation, spray foam, or related applications
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification

Work Environment
