Position Title: Chemical Packager
Location: Glendale, AZ
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday through Friday; 5:00AM-2:30PM

 

Madden Industrial Craftsmen, a leading staffing agency, is currently seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Laborer for our client in Glendale, AZ. We are partnering with a leading manufacturer and distributor to find a motivated and skilled candidate to work in their industrial production environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Evacuating, inspecting, re-valving, filling, and painting cylinders and ton containers of chlorine.

  • Unloading tank cars and loading and unloading trucks.

  • Loading and unloading industrial tanks weighing up to 75 lbs.

  • Operating a forklift.

  • Performing general clean-up duties, including sweeping and painting tanks.

  • Adhering to safe work practices and utilizing required PPE.

  • Standing for extended periods in a dusty and varying temperature environment (both inside and outside).

 

Requirements:

  • Experience in a production environment is preferred.

  • Knowledge of safe work practices.

  • Ability to read and understand training materials.

  • Some knowledge of plumbing and PVC.

  • Forklift experience is a must.

  • Prior experience in industrial or construction settings (minimum 1 year).

  • Good attendance record and consistent employment history.

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
