Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior mechanics with inspection, maintenance, and repair of diesel-powered equipment and company vehicles

• Perform preventative maintenance on trucks, equipment, and facility assets

• Assist with mechanical repairs including engines, driveline components, and related systems

Required Qualifications

• CNC Expertise: 5+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC mills and lathes, with strong knowledge of G & M codes, manual programming, and Mastercam software.

Shift: Tuesday–Friday, four 10-hour shifts; no on-call work

Key Responsibilities
• Diagnose, service, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Perform advanced system diagnostics using schematics, wiring diagrams, and service manuals
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues
• Repair HVAC units, compressors, condensers, evaporators, and related components
• Complete preventative maintenance and service calls efficiently and accurately
• Document diagnostics, repairs, materials used, and service recommendations
• Communicate effectively with customers, dispatch, and internal teams
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and applicable mechanical and electrical codes

Required Qualifications
• Active O6A and/or O6B HVAC license (required)
• EPA refrigerant certification
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills in commercial HVAC systems
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience servicing commercial refrigeration systems
• Experience with controls, VFDs, or building automation systems (BAS)
• Experience training or mentoring junior technicians
• Background servicing both HVAC and refrigeration equipment in field environments

Work Environment
This is a field-based role supporting commercial and industrial job sites. Work may include rooftop access, ladders, lifts, confined mechanical rooms, and exposure to varying weather conditions. Technicians must be comfortable working independently in customer-facing environments while following strict safety protocols and wearing required PPE at all times.

CNC Machinist Responsibilities:

• Set-up and operation of mill parts with varying complexity and precision.

• Suggest modifications to program/setup to increase tool life, limit waste, and improve part quality.

• First article and intermittent inspection of parts to prints.

• Assisting with fixture development and implementation.

• Deburr parts as needed.

• Assisting with training for less experienced machine operators.

• Willingness to cross-train in other manufacturing departments.

• Follow all safety guidelines including wearing appropriate PPE (safety toe boots, safety glasses) at all times.

• Work a standard schedule of 5AM-3:30PM, Monday through Thursday. Flexibility to work occasional over time on Fridays and/or Saturdays during high production.

CNC Machinist Qualifications:

• 3+ year of CNC Mill operation experience including doing set-ups.

• Excellent blue print reading skills.

• Knowledgeable about GD&T.

• Experience with standard inspection equipment (calipers, height gage, etc.).

• Experience machining metals such as (stainless, mild/hardened steels, aluminum).

• Reliable and punctual (Attendance is critical)

• Enjoys fast pace work environment and is able to change priorities easily and transition well from job to job.

CNC Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Advanced troubleshooting and repair of electronic circuitry including wiring, motor controls and sensors

• Diagnose, adjust, repair, or replace non-functioning hydraulic and pneumatic components

• Diagnose, adjust, repair, or replace non-functioning machine components and control instruments

• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics

• Record and maintain repair records on all equipment

• Ensure all safety guidelines are followed.

CNC Maintenance Technician Qualifications:

• 5+ Years of CNC maintenance, troubleshooting and repair experience

• Strong knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Working knowledge of computers to include CMMS use, internet research and Microsoft Office document reviews

• Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record to operate company vehicle's when needed

• The ability to work with frequent interruptions and multiple deadlines

• Experience and ability to perform general building & facility maintenance repairs such as air compressor maintenance and more

• LME – Limited Maintenance Electrician license is a plus but not required

• The flexibility to learn and utilize new skills to perform other duties as assigned

• Must be able to lift light to moderately heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
