Job Description

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to add a RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT in the Dallas area. This person will join a high-end custom home builder. This is a bags off position. This is an excellent opportunity for a foreman to make the next step in their career.

Duties

  • Supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

  • Develop and maintain project schedules

  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth project execution

  • Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports

  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding milestones and challenges

Requirements

  • 2+ years residential construction experience

  • English-Spanish bilingual is a must

 

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
