Job Description

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a skilled QA & SAFETY MANAGER to join an innovative manufacturing company that specializes in fire suppression systems. This is a DIRECT HIRE POSITION with a yearly salary of $85,000-100,000 per year!

QA & SAFETY MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements

  • Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventative actions

  • Develop and implement quality control processes

  • Develop, implement, and enforce workplace safety policies and procedures

  • Lead safety programs, including emergency response, PPE usage, and hazcom

QA & SAFETY MANAGER REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years in a management role in QA, safety management, or a manufacturing environment

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality Management

  • Experience with audit processes

  • Knowledge of CNC milling, fabrication, and assembly production processes

 

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
