Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team at a long-established Woodland, WA manufacturer of drywall products. As a Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our automated manufacturing machinery and facilities. This is a full-time, temp to hire, permanent position with a wage ranging from $25.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with automated manufacturing machinery to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.

• Perform repair and maintenance tasks on forklifts and other industrial equipment to keep them in optimal working condition.

• Utilize welding and fabrication skills to construct or repair equipment and structures as needed.

• Handle light electrical tasks, and experience in low voltage electric and instrumentation will be advantageous.

• Ability to work different shifts based on operational requirements.

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

• Previous experience in troubleshooting and repairing automated manufacturing machinery is essential.

• Proficiency in forklift repair, welding, and fabrication techniques.

• Basic understanding of light electrical systems (low voltage electric experience is a plus).

• Familiarity with TLC Controls and instrumentation experience will be considered favorably.

• Dependable and able to work with minimal supervision.

• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekdays.
