Groundskeeper Maintenance

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities, ensuring that both indoor and outdoor areas are well-maintained and safe for use. This role requires a hands-on approach to various maintenance tasks, including groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and grounds.

• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete tasks.

• Conduct lawn care activities, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing.

• Maintain gardens and landscaped areas by planting, watering, and weeding as necessary.

• Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.

• Assist with seasonal landscape projects to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the property.

• Ensure all maintenance tasks comply with safety regulations and standards.

• Keep accurate records of maintenance activities performed.

Skills

• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for various maintenance tasks.

• Knowledgeable in lawn care practices, including mowing techniques and pest management.

• Experience in groundskeeping and landscape maintenance is preferred.

• Ability to irrigate effectively using various irrigation systems.

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Good physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
