Job Description

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill a FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN position with a MULTIFAMILY company located in Spokane, WA

 

FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Responsibilities:

  • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

  • Estimate time and extent of repairs

  • Perform routine preventive maintenance

  • Maintain material and supply inventory

  • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary

  • Maintain service logs and records as required

  • Be always courteous and pleasant to residents and co-workers.

  • Work on projects as assigned by Lead Maintenance and Community Manager.

  • Other duties as assigned. 

FACILITY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in apartment maintenance required

  • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

  • Ability to handle physical workload

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

Benefits:
