Job Description

Madden Industrial Craftsmen is seeking mechanically inclined individuals to join our client's Conveyor Belt Crew in Apache Junction City, AZ. The successful candidate will be motivated to learn a new trade, be open to training, and field work. Experience in concrete and or masonry is great crossover skill!

 

Shift: M-F - OT - Field Work - 1-2 overnights once a week (per diem).

Pay: $20-23/hr DOE

 

Responsibilities:

  • Working in inclement weather

  • Heavy lifting regularly

  • Working around heavy industrial conveyor belting in the field

  • Mechanical and manual work on and around conveyor belting

  • Splicing with vulcanization and or cold bond

  • Installing and repairing heavy industrial conveyor belting

  • Load and unload

  • Be open to training

 

Requirements:

  • 18+ years of age

  • Ability and willingness to learn new trade or build upon existing experience

  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds consistently and 100 pounds on occasion

  • Ability to work almost exclusively outdoors

  • Open availability to work OT and in the filed

  • Valid drivers license

  • Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check
